About Meredith
Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Transpersonal Psychology with a Yoga Therapy emphasis, a Post-Baccalaureate Graduate Certificate in Western Herbalism, and a Masters of Science degree in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine. She is a graduate of five yoga teacher trainings and is also a Certified Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Somatic Educator.
With over two decades of teaching, facilitating, training, coaching, and hands-on experience, Meredith maintains a full-time practice in the Vedic Healing Arts which includes Yoga Therapy, Prana-based AyurVeda, and Vedic Counseling online and in the Bay Area of California where she collaborates with allied health professionals. She continually updates her education and training to stay current with the latest explorations of healing through Consciousness-based yoga, somatics, integrative & functional medicine, and ayurveda. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Vedic Sciences.
Her passion is to create highly individualized healing and transformational programs for her students and clients that foster ease, evolution, balance, and calm. Her programs yield powerful results due to her knowledge, skill, insight, and intuition. It truly is her goal to help others feel better in their bodies, minds, and souls.
