What is the Spine Mantra?

One of my most beloved Ayurveda teachers and my personal Ayurvedic physician gifted me with this mantra.  I have felt so much benefit from chanting and listening to it over the years.  I am forever grateful to him, Dear Vaidya Mishra.  Deep bow.

And so I offer it to you; I created this MP3 with you in mind so you can rest back and receive deep Self-healing.

You see, receiving vibrational sound healing is one of the deepest ways we can restore ourselves on all levels because it penetrates all the way into our energetic anatomy. It rewires us gently, simply, and lovingly.  And all we need to do is allow ourselves to be present.

The Vedic practice of listening, receiving, and chanting is called Nada Yoga. It is a timeless yet ancient practice that fosters the receptivity of vibrational sound on very deep levels bringing balance and healing.  And all we have to do is listen and receive.

It is potent because it is in Sanskrit - which provides a deep portal into the energetic layers of our True Nature, our Soul, our Source.  The fact that this is a Sanskrit mantra makes it even deeper than pure sound itself. 

To put it simply, Sanskrit is a vibrational language where each syllable has a direct harmonizing effect on the Body, Mind, and Spirit. 

The Spine Mantra is a deeply healing Sanskrit mantra that clears, nourishes, and harmonizes the vibrational channels along the spine.  Each syllable works in harmony bringing the listener to a state of Wholeness within, with a specific focus on the spine.  When the channels along your spine are open, then healing, bliss, and transformation become a tangible reality.  

 

The best way to receive the Spine Mantra is...

Find a comfortable place to rest - you can be seated or you can lay down on your back and put some pillows or folded blankets under your knees.  

You can also rest on the floor with your legs up on a couch, ottoman, or chair.  Place a pillow under your head. Maybe even dim your lights and cover up with a cozy blanket.  

Rest and lean back into the healing sounds for the full 20 minutes.

Use any time you need unwinding.
